Very poor… never any signal internet is not what they say. Had to go by other things to help internet connect. poor customer service. Signed up for 12 month and trying to get £500 off me saying it’s 24month. Would not recommend at all be glad when am out of it.

Supposedly this company specialise in business telephone and broadband ..if you enjoy ringing every 3 days for the same issues and to be told that everything is sorted until the following day and you realise that you may as well talk to a very polite Brick ..then crack on .and how many contracts do you need for 1 phone line ? So far I've had 5 which in no way correspond with the sales pitch ..but I am getting closer to the promised amount .£25 per month quoted ..first bill £89 but just got £11 credit off my 2nd bill ..avoid !!

Had a problem logging into my account. The Onebill assistant was very helpful and patient and resolved the issue quickly

We had a problem with our static IP address, caused not by Onebill but by a interested third party. The operator had it sorted within three minutes and we were up and running again

Sales rep Dom phoned our landline to speak to a director who is no longer at the business. I told him I wasn't looking to switch provider, or make any changes to our current phone and broadband system 3-4 times to which he completely ignored what I said and continued to try and sell me a package I wasn't interested on a call I didn't ask for. Cold calls like this are ridiculous and even more so when the rep does not even listen to the person they are trying to sell to. Even if I wanted to join One Bill, this experience would put me off even more than ever. Stop cold calling and train your staff to actually listen to customers or who they are selling to.

What a pleasure to have such good customer service. It seems rare these days. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman that took my call but he was polite, efficient and effective. He solved my broadband issues with no effort or fuss. At the same time he says he has fixed low call volume on my landline. I will check that later this week. Many thanks for your good service.

We ordered 14 lines for 14 sites. It has been a catalogue of incompetence; errors and terrible customer service since. Furtunately their 37% price increase less than 12 months into the "2-year fixed price deal" gives us a very welcome get-out. I really cannot recommend Xln or OneBIll and even though they answer the phone quickly, it doesn't compensate me for the hours I have spent having to go through every bill with a fine toothed comb and sorting out their mess. It really has been AWFUL
