Answered my question about upgrade to fibre optic possibility limited by my own copper cable landlines over my fields. These will be changed at some time in the future but upgrade of software already in place.

I have gave 5 stars for Kia who has just helped me in the broadband team. We had our services restricted due to one billing systems changing and then not accepting automatic card payments. The other staff I spoke to were appalling to be honest.I explained we are a shop and take card payments they couldn’t care less. Kia you were amazing thanks so much for your help.

I was having difficulty hearing my customers on the line. I phoned Onbill expecting to have an engineer sent out and the issue was resolved quickly and easily as the problem was a 'front plate' on the phone line box on the wall. All sorted! Thank you

Darcie handled my call yesterday and today regarding billing issues and delivered outstanding customer service, she was friendly, polite and patient and got my issue resolved. I’ve had several billing issues since joining Onebill as I did when I was also with XLN (one bills parent company). As a company I wouldn’t recommend them based on all the issues I’ve had and the sneaky business assurance fee added on 2 months after you join them-but the customer service team are always very helpful. If I could rate the company it would be zero stars but rating the customer care team would be 5 stars.

I contacted Onebill because my internet connection kept on randomly dropping out. I thought I might need a new one, but after following some instructions and Onebill 'twiddling' some knobs at their end, my Modem was successfully reset and up and working again. Thanks to Onebill staff for getting my equipment sorted out all with about 15mins!
My invoice issue was instantly delta with promptly and efficiently.

Avoid, service down for a month with no compensation, and charge you for the inspection service fee!!! Poor customer service with everything no guarantee !!! Bad experience.
