I called the customer care team today to help with transferring over bank details and spoke with a lady called Selina. Selina was very friendly, polite and incredibly helpful. Made the transition very smooth and stress free for me.

Cancelled, due to being out of contract and costs doubling, wouldn’t lower it after I contacted them, so switched provider. Ever since that day, I have had at least 4 methods of contact from Onebill, usually 3 different phone numbers and text messages. I have asked them continuously to stop contacting me, it is beyond ridiculous now and feels more like harassment at this point!! I wouldn’t stay with this company if they paid me £40 per month instead of charging me!!

Phone was answered promptly by Martin, who was tested the line and booked an engineer for tomorrow morning. Cannot really improve on that except only by fixing the interference on the line.
Jenny was very helpful , courteous and understanding. She sorted out my query in a professional and friendly way and changed the point of contact for the router to be sent without any problem. I would give her 10/10

Although Internet connection was fully operational, I seemed to have lost my telephone dialling tone and ability to call out. After checking connections at entry point to premises, I could find no fault anywhere, While doing this check however, I received a call on the line, which when completed I also had the dialling tone back ! On returning from shopping, my wife told me there were men working down the road next to the electricity transformers. Nuff said.
Broadband After going live with broadband today and not being able to connect to the internet I can honestly say I was impressed with the help we received from a gentleman called James. Within in minutes he had our router configured and up and running. Brilliant. Thank you. ELS Panels

I'm very happy with OneBill but find it extremely frustrating when you don't get the best deal until you have gone through the process, arranging transfer to a different company and suddenly OneBill comes up with a better deal.... Such a waste of time and effort. You NEED to give the best deal possible at the start, especially when dealing with loyal customers who have been with you for years!!

Super helpful, had an issue with connecting the modem (I’m useless with technology) Chad was so helpful and patient while I got it set up and he helped me within 10mins
