Hello, I received my plan has been upgraded but I did not receive my new router yet. One bill telecom sent me an e-mail that I will receive a new router 3 days before line upgrade to fibre now I cannot use my broadband cannot collect to internet I lose money on my business. They charges on my bill at well. What service is this ? One bill telecom the worst telco I ever met.

I had some trouble with a faulty router and the customer service team was great! They helped me diagnose the problem and came up with clear instructions to solve the issue.
Olivier my contact was absolutely brilliant and wonderful to talk to. She listened attentively and made relevant suggestions. She left to speak to a Technical Adviser and soon came back with the advice that my telephone number had been spoofed and that the spoofers would soon move on to pastures new and that I should be patient. Regarding the undelivered e mails, she suggested that I contact Microsoft. All in all a very satisfactory conversation.
