Issues with line affecting contact to and from potential customers. Contacted customer service and spoke with David who was very efficient. Immediately carried out line test and talked my shop manager through possible solutions. Problem solved within 15 - 20 mins. Very friendly, polite and knowledgeable 👍

I contacted OneBill as I received emails about an upgrade to our system which I had not ordered or agreed. Farzina explained that all customers were receiving this upgrade gratis as part of their 20 celebration. Great! Most unusual these days.
