Fab customer service- spoke with Clayton, he was very helpful, friendly, and not pushy with regards to sales. Call was answered quickly and all queries answered with ease. Highly recommend :)

Issues with line affecting contact to and from potential customers. Contacted customer service and spoke with David who was very efficient. Immediately carried out line test and talked my shop manager through possible solutions. Problem solved within 15 - 20 mins. Very friendly, polite and knowledgeable 👍

They were very patient with me as I am no tech person. Extremely helpful and reassuring. Instructed me on what I had to do which solved my problem and followed up to check all was working well a week later. Excellent service.

I contacted OneBill as I received emails about an upgrade to our system which I had not ordered or agreed. Farzina explained that all customers were receiving this upgrade gratis as part of their 20 celebration. Great! Most unusual these days.
