Sylvanus was the first and only person from xln that knew what was going on and how to sort it out. Must have spent upto 4 hours on the phone on different times and was getting no where. This guy needs to be promoted as he seems to know what he's doing with lovely mannerisms.

Forlan in the Tech Department was absolutely fantastic! Very knowledgeable and, very importantly, very patient. We wish there were more people like him in the Company as we have found other departments severely lacking.

Morons, had a bloke call me to tell me I was wasting company money without even bothering to find out a) What I was using b) What I needed c) Any info other than that I have 'Broadband' Got the hump and hung up when I told him I wasn't wasting money and wouldn't buy their crappy system.

Omar was very helpful but it took around an hour on the phone to get to him. Omar was excellent very polite and helpful so 5 stars for him only 1 star for the phone taking so long to answer

Exceptionally arrogant, disgraceful customer service. Left them after contract ended over a year ago. They they want me to keep paying no longer providing any services. Complete bunch of scammers.

In the course of transferring my land line to digital, my number was incorrectly changed. It has been frustrating waiting for someone to answer the freephone numbers but this morning the phone was answered swiftly, apologies given and my old line restored within a few minutes. Also given another direct number should should I need further assistance. My overall comment, switching phones over is difficult enough, there should be more clarity about how to get help!

We have had a new voip system and were having problems. Daniel was extremely helpful and when he couldn't solve the problem he immediately escalated it to resolve

I was having trouble setting up my new internet and phone system so I called customer services. The gentleman at the other end of the phone took me through the process step by step. He realised how frustrated I was, and was calm and totally professional from start to finish. 10/10

Awful company. We moved premises and cancelled out contract giving reasonable time. They continue to bill us for the account, even though the premises has been knocked down. Contacted multiple times and still not cancelled. Reporting to ombudsman

look at the state of all the fake reviews for this company! im sorting out my father in laws internet as they are totally ripping him off - £86/m for a 25mb connection! pays £8/m just for a dedicated helpline and he still cant get through to them

After having no Internet for almost a week then the landline failing too due to high winds I was pleased to manage to speak to someone after a few hours of trying. The first technician was very helpful and suggested some actions that should help and arranged to send fresh router etc. That arrived following morning. ALMOST managed to get it properly installed but needed to ring again for more help to complete the installation. Both very patient with instructions. Thank you.
