Very happy with Onebill Telecom. They have looked after my business landline for some years now without a problem. Recently they offered me a dynamite wi-fi deal but I was unable to take advantage of it due to cancellation charges elsewhere, but I'll be back! But I am in the process of crossing over to their credit card merchant service, which undercuts my current one by a mile.
My call was answered straight away and my issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes
Having dealt with one Onebill for over 12 years I can say that they have always provided a seamless service backed up by a very efficient and timely helpline. A very refreshing change from the major providers.
I was happy to deal with one bill telecom at the start, then I tryed to cancel one contract ine of many due to the sale of that buisnes and the new owner wanting to switch to BT. They have harassed me with emails asking for £398 for early termination and advised me to stop the transfer and sending me emails saying I have closed the company down, I have called them 20 times to explain they have evan called the new owner saying his in contract what a messed up company due to this rubbish I will not be renewing my other business .
Very pleasant member of staff, asked for call back next day as I was short on time, call received as arranged and all information received was useful and well explained plus followed up by email containing all details discussed.

I was talked through the setting up process of my phone line and Internet.. I am not good with these kind of tasks but the person I spoke with was very supportive. He was very clear and calm with his instructions.
Mixed feelings First 12 months fine. 12 month review started a new extra contract which didn't get cancelled from my phone call and we ended up with new contract and remaining with old provider and two invoices!! Staying with Onebill but the outcome of request for help with cancellation charges will decide my overall opinion. Young lady very helpful on this phone call
We were unable to use the Internet after transferring the router to another location and another tel number. Techie Elliott was extremely patient with us as we struggled to reach the correct Internet/IP site to do the necessary reconfiguration. After 45 mins the issue was resolved, and it would have been so much easier for him had we been more tech-savvy. With grateful thanks!
Sorted out a payment that I didn’t owe
Very quick answering the phone. A very helpful agent on the other end. Sourced the fault on the line immediately, at the exchange, not my end. Promised a fix within 72 hours. Great advice
