Looking to reduce overheads by terminating a second landline. Called twice over two days. Telephone promptly answered as per usual. Spoke with Cobie, day 1 and Gideon day 2. Both were extremely helpful, courteous, polite, professional. It's always a pleasure calling this company as and when the need arises. Have been a customer for many, many years..would highly recommend. Great call packages.
Abbie was brilliant! Having issues with the land line and she was so patient and helpful. She also gave me some really good tips. Anymore issues (although I hope not) and I’ll definitely be asking to speak to Abbie again.
Onebill has just increased its charges by 9%. I was paying £67.73 every month, due to rise to £79. I had been with the company for over SEVEN YEARS and in all that time they couldn't reduce the amount I had to pay. But when I left, for a company that cost £20 per month for a better service, they could suddenly match that. And when I did leave, they slapped me with an extra charge. Greedy and unhelpful until they lost my custom, then they couldn't do enough to try and keep me. I imagine that a lot of clients will vote with their feet when they are faced with the complacency that Onebill exhibited. Good riddance.
I spoke with Darcie this morning. She dealt with my enquiry extremely professionally explaining everything to me as she did it.
The gentleman I spoke to today, was extremely helpful, efficient and I could not have expected better, thank you so much .
Be very careful if you use this company they hide charges , check your bills v carefully , it’s all time consuming soirting it out , you have been warned

One bill telecom Was with them for 25+ years while I was in business and could not fault them straight through to some one when there was a problem and it was sorted right away. retired now so leaving as the only supply to business. would recommend to any small business.
I rang today ro get some information on my account. The guy I spoke to was very pleasant and even though it took awhile to access the information I wanted, he kept coming back to me to reassure me that he was still working on it and hadn't forgotten me. Good customer service. Thank you

When the annual price rise first was notified in Feb 2022 I tried to do a deal but they pointedly refused. So I transferred to Plusnet. OneBill peppered me with emails and texts to persuade me to stay and after being given a decent offer from the Cancellations department, I did. That offer included no further price rise this year but when March came there was the CPI+3.2% rise which I challenged. They were having none of it depite the email from them saying there would be no March rise, so once again I gave notice and went back to Plusnet. Since then they have constantly been blocking the transfer and making life difficult for me and Plusnet though now it is progressing BUT today I got a letter saying that they had added £498 to the final account as a penalty for leaving even though I had complied with their contract terms (no penalty if notice given within 30 days of a price rise notice - which I had given and they acknowledge). I regard this a harassment and trying to bully me into staying with them (no chance after all this hassle). I have wasted many hours on this useless company whose various departments don't appear to communicate with each other. Additionally their Customer Service (?) does NOT open at 0830 as it says it does on the website and all you get is a diversion to their out-of-hours line which at least has a human message taker but who cannot actually do anything. I cannot recommend anyone to anything other than AVOID One Bill Telecom.
