Fabulous!! I phoned in a panic my business phone line was down meaning I couldn’t take payments or answer calls . My call to one bill support was answered immediately. No waiting, no holding. Spoke to Dominic who was calm collected and methodical in his approach to the problem. The problem is now resolved thanks to Dominic‘s swift and responsive action. 10 out of 10

Mohammed was awesome in sorting out my issue with my wifi. He was friendly and was really quick to help get my situation sorted. Great customer service from him and all his team at OneBill who I have called many times in the past few weeks. Highly recommend this company

Superfast in answering my call, completely on the ball, two queries sorted in one very friendly call. Brilliant... what a contrast to so much customer sevice, where it takes an hour to get through. Confirms why I've been with OneBill / XLN for so many years.

I arrived at my new business and could not connect to the router or access my account with the credentials I had. I spoke with Oscar (Onebill) and he was very helpful, very patient with me as I am not good with technology and was able to get everything resolved, fantastic service and Oscar was brilliant, really pleased with the service I received, thanks Onebill, and of course Oscar personally
