Absolutely shocking service, never delivered on what was promised. Waited months for a voip system to be set up and never happened, decided to move to another provider who got us up and running within 14 days. They even had the cheek to charge me for a handset which was sent after we chose to switch providers. Even the process to leave Onebill has been difficult, and to this day they have not responded to my several emails to various departments asking for my accounts to be closed and a final invoice raised to pay the early termination fee. The cheap rates seem attractive but if you value customer service avoid this company.

Have been with this company for 12 years , easy access to speak to staff , have had one fault on the line in 12 years which was dealt with swiftly, spoke to the lovely will today to renew my contract 😀

I have been a Onebill customer for the last two years and am disappointingly having to close our account as we no longer have a business and therefore cannot have a business package provided by Onebill. If only they had a non-business offering I would be the first in the queue. Their service levels are exemplary and put other providers to shame with what they consistently deliver on a daily basis. Great work Team Onebill.

Dishonest company Closed the shop and terminated the contract. According to the contract there will be no additional fee for terminating contract as long as you can prove you are no longer the sitting tenant. No matter what proof I supplied incl a letter from the accountants was accepted and we ended up having to pay the extra charges. Under normal circumstances I would have fought it but due to a death in the family I didnt have time to fight it. Dishonest company and I will never use them again
