Should be promoted immediately in my opinion to no less than director potentially future prime minister material.
DO NOT GO WITH ONEBILL! Daniel is the 10th person I have spoken to within the team and let me tell you how unhelpful he was. After contacting them to set up the direct debit twice in the 2 months I have been a customer they have decided cut the line off again, as the incompetent person on the other end of the phone did not set up the direct debit. To make matters worse they are now telling me it’s my fault and I need to pay more to have the line put back in AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I spoke with Eliza. She was polite helpful and listened me. Eliza repeated anything I did not understand and anything she was not able to answer she asked her supervisor. Very happy with my experience.
Having used the Chat facility for the first time yesterday afternoon I am thrilled that I have already had a call back this morning and re-negotiated a new contract within 24 hours! Having not been able to get through on the landline for days (and waiting for over 28 minutes a time), this is now the method of communication I shall use in the future!
This company forced me to take out a 24 month business contract which was not needed but formed part of a takeover of an existing business. I did not use their service once but paid 24 monthly line rental bills. I gave them 90 days notice in writing to end the contract on 09/01/23. They subsequently ended the contract later than requested and billed me for a 25th month. When i refused to pay they ae now threatening me with debt collectors.
Great service from Amber this evening, explained fault and how to sort issue in easy to understand manner. Very polite and friendly.

repeatedly said email haven't got time and then a text saying thankyou for you order ! will take legal action with this sales team hopefully all recorded beware just like old days in double glazing sales just wasted every ones time.
Clear and honest
Absolutely awful ordeal. After literally telling incredible lies about the service it was agreed that I would be refunded an the account be terminated. It wasn't terminated, they aranged collection of their dondle now they've put me on a ficticious rate (never discussed) for something I don't have. And, the account is still open. The staff's manner is awful and I am stuck now with the hours of time it will take to sort this out with the bank and small claims court.

Absolutely useless customer service. I've been listening to lobby music for about 40 minutes after being told it would only be 10 minutes. Managed to get through and the call was ended. Phoned the sales team to ask for advice and they just put you into the same queue. Everything I needed sorting could have fit in an email, yet they provide you with no way of contacting through email and when you click live chat it doesn't work. Would never recommend this absolute shambles of a company
