Fantastic service friendly and patient im not technically minded and the chap i had was very helpful. Only down side is there is alot of back round noise on one bill's end and on some occasions I couldn't hear the instructions given to me.
Change over to fibre, and have lost use of telephone. Finally got to speak to someone who said needed an adaptor, That was after 5 days without phone. Adaptor arrived, no explanation, no instructions. There is no port on Openreach box for this adaptor. Spent many hours trying to get through. If call sales line they instantly connect to hold and endless music. Now 8 days without use of phone. How do we get in contact?
Very good service once I got to speak to someone but took 24 mins. Interesting that sales will call you back but existing customers have to stay on hold. Options on the call say press 1 or wait on the line. If you wait on the line, you get told to make a selection 🤷♂️. Website is useless and uninformative. Good cheap provider which is perhaps why all of the above....
This is the worst telecom company we have ever dealt with. Cannot wait for contract to end.
I had an issue accessing my dashboard, I was very pleased with the help i received and the matter was resolved very quickly.
So difficult to get to speak to a person. Phone lines continually busy. When raising a query just get automated messages back. Finally, when I emailed that I was going to lodge a complaint did I get a real person to contact. Bethany was very helpful. Had a live chat with Charley who was helpful and the whole matter was sorted in 30 minutes. Phew!
Absolute Crooks. On sign up you're told lies to sign up and when they hide the lies, they refer to isolated parts of the phonecall that support their lies. There's no cooling off period when they said there would be, it's hard to contact anyone and they try to take a £50 release fee. They said they would severe the tie with the existing provider, they don't and expect you to pay for 2 providers at the same time. Crooks
I had to ring Onebill Telecom regarding an Invoice that has arrived in my Spam Box. Although I was sure it was genuine I pressed to open it and the email disappeared. Rang and spoke to a young lady called Beth who was most helpful. After some necessary security checks sent me the Invoice before I had finished talking to her! Great service. Polite, friendly, helpful, reassuring. nothing was too much trouble. Very impressed.

They bullied me into joining from Plusnet which I regret more than anything. I told them I was undergoing treatment for brain cancer and they were still calling 3-4 times a day. He said "What's wrong with you, don't you want to save money?" I was feeling very weak and tired, he promised it would be around £5 per month cheaper (I was paying £49 a month) they've just taken £84 out of my bank. I called up as the broadband has been off for 5 days. I know it's an external fault. Openreach were down the road and it came back on for about 30mins, I received a message saying it was fixed and it went off again. I've been on the phone again (about 40 mins each time) and they want me to repeat the whole line testing process, emptying our full storage cupboard to plug directly into the master socket again when nothing has changed. Such a nightmare ☹️
