Cut off our business lines whilst trying to switch over to voip. We didn't ask to be switched over. They just cut us off. Been over a week. They have destroyed my business
The service is usually quick and efficient. We had an issue with our broadband a few weeks ago and although it took a week to resolve due to BT being very busy, OneBill always kept us informed of what was going on. Another broadband issue recently was resolved very quickly by restarting our router. There was even a follow-up call the following week to make sure everything was ok. Nice touch!
Do not use this company. They lie to you to get the order. They do nput supply superfast broadband. But they will tell you they do to get the sale! I will see these people in court before i pay a single penny!
Be VERY careful about signing up with One bill. Accepted a contract for 18 months in April 2022 at £22.95 PCM all in. I received a letter today saying they've run a health check on our account and our new monthly contract will be £48.99 PCM. If we didn't want to accept this, we have 30 days to cancel or go elsewhere. Apparently, this isn't a 113% price rise but rather a "Variation"!!! The most dishonest behavior I have come across with a telecoms company. The fixed price period ISN'T fixed

Terrible company. You are just a cash cow to them. They are only interested in you when you are set to leave. Before then, they were happy for their charges to keep going up and up on the back of a poor service. I would have left them a long time ago had it not been for a prospective company messing up. No real service, patronising management, poor quality broadband that kept dropping out of signal and, I found out to my chagrin, was part of a group share. The following broadband signal statement frequently experienced, sums up my relationship with them: "Connected, poor quality."

Nasty evil bullies, who will lie through their teeth to get elderly people to stay contracted to them. My 90-year-old mother has been stuck for many years with an overpriced business contract! She has been threatened with huge bills at the end of each contract if she doesn't stay with them. Also, she has been kept on hold for 4.5hrs. Please please avoid or leave them if you can!

Internet went off. Thursday17th and can't be transferred until the 24th. If I had known. I would never of transferred over. Shocking.
Telephone contact impossible after holding for 64 minutes gave up. Chat line with Charley very good and problem I believe to be solved
