Yesterday and one day before I tried to phone to change direct debit bank details but more then 20 minutes I waited it wasn't a successful at the end I got it through I paid the balance 72 pound but today 4/4/23 my internet is gone I phone they said I still owe you money 80 pound and they said I didn't pay January and February because of this but I checked I paid end of February my direct debits ffrom my old account exactly date is 15 Feb 36.54 +73.33 after for this month I paid total153 pound I paid When I was coming to be your customer you told me you even my BT cancellation fee I paid myself paid for it 690 pound after December to February my telephone line wasn't working properly you could not fix it it wasn't my fault I lostalot of my customers and I lost a lot of revenue you change me business insurance and I didn't claim and non folly business destruption from you PLEASE ANYONE COMING TO BE YOUR CUSTOMER WHAT DID I GAIN you are are changing more then by to me your repair work was asked you are telling me I didn't pay but actually I paid I mean if you put yourself my shoes what will you think extremely disappointed really my account numbers 4623398 , 4623391

Contract had run out so bill gone up, renewed via customer services, very helpful and half to cost of prev contract.
I spoke to Dan today which was helpful with my issues over the bill, took me about 20mins to get threw to the xln company. Xln is too Expensive and added additional chargers on my bill which am only ment to pay £37 a mouth but my bills are high because of the additional chargers which is ment to be if a engineer comes out which isn't with xln it's a different company all together which is stupid to cover all costs if a engineer does come out to fix the landline or broadband. Which I didn't sign up for tht or contact xln to say yeah I will have cover they just put it on the bill which I payed two months in advance which was March n April. Other company's are more cheaper then xln for business. If I was you I would shop around for a better deal then go with xln company for your business.
