The college I spoke to was very helpful, he listened to what I was concerned about and helped to solve the issue he said he got to do some investigating and will call me back once he’s got the answers to the problem , only thing I found hard was it took me three days to get someone to answer the phone as the I was on hold for more than 25 mins every time not the college s fault but needs to improve this .

Had no issue with one bill ,great service but sorry to say it all came down getting the best quote as a sign of the times it comes down to ££

My issue was dealt with efficiently - it concerned a fault to my online debit payments not being processed. Hopefully now payments will be automatic !

Had my account closes for second time this year. Calls take over an hour to answer,Tec can't give explanations or paas to departments who made errors... pathetically apologetic

Member of customer care team was considerate and helpful. When I asked for consideration that some charges be removed he liaised with his manager and we came to an agreeable outcome

we had no internet service for approx 10 days very poor service for a business

I have signed up for their service for the property we moved into, had a several issues during the tenancy with the internet speed and the connection. Above at the end of the tenancy agreement once I moved out they assigned for no reason the debt collection agency to collect the debt for no reason even though I do not live at the property. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT USE at all costs.

The customer service rep Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my query, he made an effort to get me the best prices available for my business and informed me of some new changes and prices to think about. thanks Dan

The lady was very quick and efficient, answered all our questions and acted on them immediately. She sent through a missing invoice instantly and added my wife onto the account so she could deal with any future issues, again this was done instantly. No tedious forms or emails back and forward. We had called previously (took quite a while to get through to someone) and followed up with an email, the reply to which did not address the questions we had emailed about. So it was refreshing to get someone on our second call who was so helpful.

Extremely long wait tor an operator, you will be able to check but guess at least 20 minutes. The operative would actually get 5 stars, quick polite efficient and dealt with the request in bout 2 minutes so well done her.

it haS TAKEN ME 5 WORKING DAYS TO GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. i haVW NOW BEEN ON THE PHONE for 45 MINUTES SPEAKING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL NOT SORTED GIVEN UP.

Today’s support was successful due to Patrick’s persistence and clear understanding of what needed to be done to resolve the restriction that had been placed on our account. He was cheerful and kept us informed of what he was doing and any action needed by us. Thank you, Patrick Previous attempts to free the account had not been successful and we felt that inadequate attention had been given to the problem. Six weeks for not having internet access is unforgivable and had we reviewed those, only one star would have given. Others could done better, and the service is generally too slow.
