We'll ensure you receive service that’s nothing short of brilliant. Because we know it’s nothing less than you deserve! That is the email I have just received but my phone line and broadband have been faulty for weeks and I keep being fobbed off. They haven't responded to my letter of complaint either. But I'm still paying the invoices they send! Call operators are very good when you finally get through to them after 20-30 mins wait but they are obviously only relaying information from above.

Eventually after being cut off several times, over a period of 4 days, I got to speak with Patrick. We got cut off during the chat again but he called me back. Amazing. What a fantastic, empathetic attribute to your company. He has a calming nature which, maybe should be taught to all if your call handlers. Thank you, Patrick. I honestly couldn't have coped without his help.
A long time on hold initially, trying to log the fault, but once through I couldn't fault the service from the call handler, so far at least. Improve the call waiting time would be my suggestion.

Only got 1 because I have to give them at least a star. Worst business telecom company I've used. Had a year now, never did what they said they were going to do, rubbish service, tried to contact by phone as broadband service had gone to find that the telephone numbers don't work. Wondered if they had gone under? From the very start where they messed up the 2 lines & broadband I wanted putting in, it was bad and got progressively worse. They quote you a price and then there are charges on there you didn't agree to, not only the bill you pay to them but you also have to pay BT for the line use (something they omitted at the very beginning) and then charge me at the very end for a months line use that I didn't have despite giving fair notice of me wanting to move. An absolute JOKE of a company. BEFORE joining this company, I recommend going to buy yourself a gun, loading it, pointing just beneath your ankle and pulling the trigger, as that is EXACTLY what you will be doing, shooting yourselves in the foot.
