Easy and simple to deal with and no long wait on hold
My broadband service has deteriated to the point it is unusable. They cant be reached by phone. They cant resolve it. I am trying to cancel my contract but even though I am out of contract they want me to give 30 days notice and have put my payments up. What a nightmare.
Feeling frustrated to be honest. My new business should be opening next week and am still without phone or Internet. Hours spent waiting in a phone queue on all contact numbers and sad to say when finally connected the woman I spoke to very difficult to understand due to her accent. I have received my monthly bill for July and have had no service at all.See emails on acc 4714873 have requested an engineer visit. Thanks in advance
I was unable to login to my account and the website was not being at all helpful. I rang customer services and was sent a new password by email and the man was kind enough to wait until I was able to log #in successfully before terminating the call in a courteous and professional manner.

Avoid like the plague absolute horrendous customer service. The never informed me of a price rise upon coming out of a two year contract. Literally doubled our price we disputed meanwhile we resigned up with OneBill for £19.00 +vat and they carried on to pursue with taking the uncontracted rate on the account so direct debit was cancelled until it was cleared up and then they charged late payment and manual payment fees which was all due to their incompetence. And today we have now been informed our internet has been turned off as a new supplier has apparently taken over the line which again is not true. This has now left my business with no internet or phone line for 10 days which is completely unacceptable and agin costing money

Firstly speaking to someone in a UK call centre makes all the difference. Both members of staff were knowledgeable about the products and what was available to us. Helpful, polite and willing to go above and beyond to assist and resolve my query. Thank you Delcie for making this call easy.
