Although I had to wait 15 minutes for the phone to be answered, the lovely lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful.
I experience a small technical problem ( automated payment ) after changing my account from a business to residential broadband and telephone service. This was dealt with in a most efficient manner by onebill telecom, specifically "DARCIE". Ultra quick resolution to the problem, plus two other points raised raised by me on the same call. Customer service very helpful and passed me on to relevant help regarding workshop phone line not working … whilst I’m was telling problem phone began to work like magic… must have been BT working on something.. all ok now tho.. cheers
Do not use this company I had a fault with my line so I called them to discuss and after 50 minutes of being past form pillow to post them saying they need to test the line so I asked them to call me back as I wasn’t there at this point. I arranged for them to call me back at 2.00 so I went to my business address at 1.45 and waited till 2.30 and still no call so I decided to call them back and yet another 45 minutes on my mobile phone to them got no joy from them so I emailed them but got no reply the following month I got a bill so I emailed again and the email went through but they didn’t reply to me the following month I received another bill which I replied to saying the issues I was having and I got a reply from someone called Charley who stated it’s quicker to get a response from chat alternatively give them a call. I replied to him asking for someone to call me on my mobile which nobody has. I have now received a final demand for £750 so I called them today and they said they will reconnect me for free so they can test the line but I would have to pay them the £750 first. I have decided to wait for them to issue court proceedings and have my day in court as I have all the evidence on emails and photos of screen shots of times and dates on the phone to them
Worse company They don’t send engineer, i have level 4 service level Don’t buy contract with this company
I can’t praise OneBill Telecom enough, from the first call until everything was up and running they handled everything with professionalism and care for the customer. Telephone line and broadband went through on the day promised in my first phone call. I had a little problem with incoming calls on the day of transfer, but was talked through everything on the phone from two very professional technicians called Dan and Jamie. They both helped me through the set up and got my system working perfectly. First class service.
We switched from Plusnet to Onebill (XLN) and it has been a total disaster. The after sales service and customer account management from Onebill (XLN), is the worst we have ever experienced. We would never recommend them.
Dream service I was instructed and it was followed exactly as I wanted it after reporting a line fault. I ran a small Restaurant and the phone line is very important for the business

I'm transitioning my business broadband and it has been made very simple by onebill. They are easy to get through to on the phone, no lengthy waits sitting on hold when you have a business to run. Excellent customer service!

So what was a 5 star review below is now 1 star. As soon as I had "signed up" I never heard another word. didn't matter who I tried to contact got nothing back. only option is to ring an 0844 number which i can't do. Useless, Avoid at all costs. I still have no cloud phone system set up, nothing and no reply from anyone. (see below for the review they lost) I have been a client for many years and this company still impresses me. Just had a long chat with Cameron Rhodes so he could explain to my old brain how we could best solve a need for overseas calling with the cloud service. Couldn't have asked for better, really appreciate you taking the time needed to help me understand what I needed and why.
