Phoned as had no Internet at my business took an hour to get through to a very nice man who spent half an hour going through all the troubleshooting, only to be told at the end it's my router and I have to go and buy a new 1. One bill only sent me the current router 18 months ago but its not their problem. Running a busy salon I currently cannot take card payments, do bookings or see the current bookings, and the router I need to buy is not in stock anywhere near me. 6 days later I'm still without Internet and no phone call back from 1bill who promised to keep checking on me to make sure I was up and running. If you run a business do not use, they actually don't care when it you have no Internet and can't run your business properly

The small business I work for has a contract with One Bill for broadband. 10 days ago the internet stopped working. Troubleshooting told us the problem was with our supplier. We have been on hold for 30 minutes at a time for days on end and sent several emails that have not been answered. We finally managed to get an answer and were told a new router was being sent first class and would be received by us on Monday. According to the Royal Mail tracker it wasn’t posted until 17.45 on Monday. It’s Friday and we still haven’t received it. Our shop has been without internet for more than a week and we are not reassured it will be fixed any time soon. Awful service.

"Stay away from this company if you want to avoid a never-ending cycle of complaints. We initially signed up for two telephone lines and broadband service at a seemingly reasonable rate of £24 per line. However, this marked the beginning of what can only be described as a deceitful contract and service. Our monthly bills steadily climbed, reaching an exorbitant £84 per line, totaling £168 per month for both services. These price increases were concealed within their terms and conditions, making them difficult to spot unless you're an expert. I strongly recommend choosing larger, more reputable companies instead of wasting your time with this one. It's important to note that positive reviews may be fabricated by the company itself, so exercise caution. Each time we raised a complaint, it felt like they were playing games with us, never delivering a satisfactory resolution. Eventually, they began to ignore our complaints altogether. For a happier life, steer clear of this company. This advice comes from my sincere experience."

Zara was very friendly and hopefully my line upgrades will be seamless. I have always found the staff at onebill to be friendly, alas the follow through has not always been great. The proof of the pudding will be if they manage to get my faster fibre sorted without me being without internet at work and without charging me unexpected cancellation fees etc. Go Zara... you can do it!

Customer sevice is really really good you phone with an issue and its sorted by the person who answers the phone not passed around from pillar to post, with my recent call checking a contract was handled so well the lad who answered the phone should be made a director, regards john

no modem was sent until fibre installed by openreach hence enquired further, modem only arrived 3 days later after service commemce date. no internet service despite all solid green lights on the modem, modem status light turns red about 10 seconds for each 15 minutes when it is connected. Was told someone would call back (2 days later) today after contacting tech support on Saturday, there was none and upon calling the hotline again, loop of the voice recording for an hour and still no one answer! EDITED: 14/9 after giving details to follow up, no futher contact was ever made

broadband went down Saturday. tryed calling on for hours tryed 3 different number no one to talk to. all they need to do is send new box how difficult for someone to reply to email and say in post joke Alan duerden Airport specials Update on this matter. Tuesday 08.50 Chad from technical support call and agree to send new box .The box came Wednesday works perfectly well. Friday got a call from Bob also from technical support to check everything is ok. Yes everything is ok. Thank you technical support.

Quick sales team in answering the phone… BUT the worst customer service team you will get (if they answered the phone). Struggled to speak to any of their customer service team… and when we finally have them on the phone..they put us on hold and hung up!!! We stuck with new contract in new business address but the landline hasn’t moved yet from the old address and we haven’t had the handsets as well…not good at all for a small business relying on phone to run part of our daily business.

Had 1st class service from RIZ today in tech support We are a new customer and were trying to get broadband live - Riz went over and above! Took total ownership of the issue, turned out to be a simple ix but only because of Riz expertise - absolute credit to the organisation.

After initially agreeing the product,service and price and reiterating that no other add on's should be added, 2 months in sent a email that I missed in junk box, why when all other arrive in inbox? They have added buisness assurance! Never ordered and as said reiterated I did not want, had a discussion and got it removed but also in the same phone call I somehow was bamboozled into getting it for the next 2 months how, im bewildered, however I was busy doing clients hair, but if you dont ring whilst your working your done as no out of normal working day help! So I ring again and have a discussion about me agreeing to it, cancelled it and my direct debit and told them from now on im only paying what we initially agreed too, next bill arrives with the additional fee still on, tell them im not paying it till they put it right, without any notice they cut me off, cutting my booking system off and payment system so hadn't a clue who was booked in and no way for them to pay, but apparently they put it on the app! Well sorry I dont check 50+apps daily! They did it straight after the conversation but couldn't be (0) telling me! So yes im in contract but not for long! Sad because if they had left alone id of just stayed. I will not be held to ransom!! Update thanks for putting my bill back to the initial agreed amount, however I need crediting for the additional amounts you have taken.

We have been having issues with our phones since the end of June and are on the verge of cancelling our direct debit. Our phones do not ring in the office, despite ringing on the caller's side. We have been like this for nearly two months. it's not acceptable that we are paying for a service we haven't had! Customer service and support is the WORST we have EVER experienced. Causing major issues for our business!!!
