Have had a few billing issues with one bill, so my contracts due to expire and I’ve requested a switch to Vodafone for a better deal and frankly will be glad to end my dealings with this company- my switch date is 3 days before my contract is due to end so one bill is attempting to bill me for £597 in early termination fees and as it’s a residential line these fees breach ofcoms regulations for termination fees of basically paying what’s due to the end of the contract- which should be about £6.

On the basis of my recent experiences I wouldn't recommend this company at all. About 4 weeks ago my business broadband stopped working. Very little help from technical support and eventually after two weeks they decided the service had been 'ceased' or 'slammed'. All they seem to be able to do is to sell me a new contract which hasn't so far materialised either. Why can't the original connections be reinstated? Very poor service and no quick alternatives. Makes trying to run a business very difficult. I have spent hours on hold and then need to explain the whole scenario again and again. Update 18/10: A/c No 4532146
The guy in accounts department management time was helpful for listening to my concerns made some inquiries into what I spoke about and gave a positive response with the correct outcome
After a terrible recent experience with changeover to XLN, a manager finally called me back and for my inconvenience and loss of business for 10 days I was offered £30 as a token gesture. I’m still waiting for it 2 wks later.

I purchased a new adsl modem router and need the username and password and settings for connecting to the internet, we had a couple of issue getting to connect but Ash was a great, helpful and polite and found the issue and had it us setup and ready to go. Thank you ash

We were without broadband for 2 weeks caused by a one bill error . Now waiting for 2 further weeks for a manager to call me . They have been excellent for 15 years but this experience has been appalling . We all make mistakes , how we deal with them defines us & this has been terrible
New router installation was proving a problem to connect to wifi range extenders to get signal to my office. Sam in technical support was brilliant and talked me through getting everything working

Past one and half month gone, i m not able to connect through the customer services, the technical team.No one ever bothered to reply to emails. My phone is down since month n half ...losing a lot of revenue.
i have order from this website and pay first payment about router and installation but have web chat from this website ask them my order they said we dont do contract online it is secam as costumier service representer said .DONT BUY ONLINE SPEAK WITH THEM BEFORE PAY ANY AMOUNT.

Supposed to be switching over from BT to XLN today through OneBill. Was never made aware of any downtime with the switch over, the salesperson confirmed there shouldnt be any downtime, but been without and company phone or broadband all day. Numerous calls made to get no where, promised return calls never happen. What a way to start! Absolutely fuming that I have missed a full days worth of business over the phone and not been able to despatch goods out with no internet connection. Be careful if you are thinking of signing up. I'd give them a zero rating if I could! Absolutly awful service, we have been without internet for 10 days now as a business we are unable to work properly. At first they said it was our router so they sent a new one, after calling every day and sometimes spending over an hour on hold to get through we are still no further along. They keep promising that we will get a call back, that we never get. We are a small business and have spent hours and hours of our time trying to get them to sort an issue which they have finally admitted is there fault but they really don't care that we have been so long without an internet connection. If you are a business that needed a reliable connect, avoid like the plague!
