Despite having to stay on hold for 20 minutes once through to Forlan the service I received was of the highest quality. He patiently listened to the issues I was experiencing and spent time and effort resolving and clarifying them. I followed his advice and we are to upgrade our card reader to one which is compatible with VoIP.

I have had a not so great experience with onebill. However the young lady I spoke with today is what all their team should be like. She was very patient and helpful. The above rating is for her not onebill.

One second to answer the sales department but no answer for customer services. Also upped my bill from £60-£100.

I’m so disappointed with the service I am receiving from this company. We transferred over our business broadband and phone in December and the engineer came out at the beginning of January to install broadband and a VoIP phone system. It failed to go live on the first day and we were without any connection whatsoever for 2 days as our previous provider cancelled the contract. We now have broadband but still no VOIP connection. There is a “fault on the line” apparently but the customer service has been appalling. I’ve spent at least 2 1/2 hours on the phone over the past fortnight trying to get a solution. I’ve been told 3 times now that someone will call me back but nothing happened. I’ve emailed, no reply and last week I asked to speak to a manager and was assured the manager would be calling me back in 48 hours, that hasn’t happened either. For a communications company their communication and customer service is disgraceful.

shocking company avoid like the plague!! customer service was pitiful, back to bt for me was with them less than a week. Don't waste your time or effort with them!!!

I AM SO HAPPY WITH MUKHTAR DEALING WITH MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT HIS SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE MY BUSINESS WOULD 8F BEEN IN LOSS LIKE YESTERDAY. BUT MUKHTAR CAME TO THE RESCUE THANK YOU MUKHTAR.

Can not Thank mukthar enough fir getting my service sorted out in approx 20 mins. I was without broadband and no live phone at my business which is very dependable on without these service we are a closed business. Thanks to mukthar for his service and assistance.

This company is a scammer, they don't communicate with you till the last minute, don't tell you the correct information, add charges on your bill for you to spend 1 hour on the phone with them to then say they made a mistake!! the broadband is rubbish as it keeps going off and they don't sort anything out when you call to tell them the problem, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid like fire It’s not possible to get support at least you have hours to stay in the line Misleading by sealing department, you will end up with something different then promised. The don’t deserve even 1star Lost thousands of pounds worth customers because of them Absolute joke AVOID
