Absolute joke of a company, have been sold a business service in November 2023 for phone line and broadband and we are now February and am still waiting for the phones to arrive, our business line is not receiving incoming or outgoing calls all down to the initial sales person putting our phone supplier in the system incorrectly. Have to sit on hold on my personal mobile for a minimum of 45 mins every day as no one ever calls me back. Sick to the back teeth and have an impact on our business.

spent 45 minutes on the phone because we had been billod for a cancelled account then around comes january and another bill for the cancelled services followed by a final demand. Would not recommend on bill to anybody service has fallen through the floor since all the takeovers.
