Waste of time, said order all progressing when sent information they needed. Then tell me they are owned by same company I’m with, so unable to process order. Rubbish

Five stars to Jamal at tec department. Had a problem with new VoIP not registering and he talked me through fixing this patiently. Within ten minutes or so, he had everything working a treat. .
He knew what was the problem and send us the guide through email he was very helpful and understanding and polite and experienced in his job that’s why I’m giving it a 5 star review thank u

the staff were fantastic , just a shame the system to get through is a nightmare 2 hour's waiting for a simple resolution. the staff themselves are great but the process is a real pain and timely experience . i dont mind waiting but in truth being on hold 3 times for a total of 2 hours is a real joke .
AVOID AVOID AVOID cold callers .. push you in to it without even asking what you think.. talked over me, didn’t listen to what I was saying, my concerns etc just kept saying ‘don’t you want to save money’ then when I tried to answer, talked over me again.. very cocky men - one even called me ‘love’ - boils my blood! I was pushed into a corner and nearly went along with it until my senses kicked in and told me this isn’t right, could be a scam.. when I voiced I wanted it all in an email written down so I could see for myself then make the decision and get back in touch if I was interested, the guy LOGAN was so pushy and wasn’t listening to me at all, talking over me etc.. I ended up hanging up in the end.. I’ve since had an email off them and a phone call this morning. Get the hint LOVES I’m not going with you!! Lucky I haven’t signed up to anything and especially won’t be after reading the reviews on reviewcentre (not aloud to put the link but check it out if you’re considering this company!!) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The guy who helped me today was fantastic. I’ve been having problems with my billing. He sorted everything out & was really patient as I was at work trying to juggle my client with a phone call! He sorted it all out for me & rang me back as promised to sort out my online account. Absolutely brilliant service.

I would definitely recommend, Onebill Telecom supplies the phone and Internet service for our business, they offer a great package so we have been with them for years, their rates are competitive and the customer service representative is always helpful, professional and friendly.
after sales are terrible service, they have changed my contract without my knowledge , despite my complaints still one bill telecom not prepare to respond in writing , due to the fact that I have contacted Ofcom ombudsman and they are requesting to have the final responses from one telecom.
Man on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he was excellent had perfect customer service and very knowledgeable.
Simon was very competent and excellent technical support. understanding/had patience to hear me over and over again did not rush me with anything he made sure that problem is solved and also well spoke. With kindness and polite.. so thank you again for sort out my cctv port forwarding problem.
