The service once I got through was excellent. The engineer’s patience and experience was first class. The only issue was being on hold for 80 minutes before speaking to anyone.

They are inconsiderate. I am a person of high risk to domestic abuse. They restricted my services because I was in hospital and couldn’t get in contact with me to make a payment to my bill. I have a five year old didn’t consider that I could be abused again, I don’t advise anybody, to go with this provider I will be doing a YouTube review and showing you all the proof And all the things they have said to me
Had a problem with our phone line and spoke with Sam at Onebill who couldn't have been more helpful. Customer service can often be hit and miss these days but Sam went out of his way to ensure we were up and running as soon as possible. It was very much appreciated.

Please stay away from this company. They were told to not transfer my lines and yes they did it. Now I am left with no phone line or broadband for 5 days now. How can you ran a business like this. Stay away
I Was not looking forward to this phone call but he could not be a friendlier person to talk to with the situation i was dealing with. He made it easy and i was very relaxed talking to him and he fixed the problem out for me. Top marks to him10 out 10. J Anderson

I can't give 0. Scaming old people out of hundreds. We canceled my elderly father contract last October and they are still trying to take money. Do not use this company. Phoned time after time with promises it will be delt with. But still no luck. Next contact will be police. ..... Ps amazing how all the answers are the same to negative reviews.

Can't activate mobile date tried everything it says there's a data block on this sim card and to contact customer support. I did, tbwy haven't got a clue how to remove it. So unusable Wouldn't recommend Long time to get through and inexperienced staff.
