Issues still not resolved, however, I've reconized that if Threat Protections PRO is off, connection to ALL apps works great. Turned TPP on no connection at all.

Unfortunately, NordVPN is just too slow. The support team really tried their best, but unfortunately without success. It's a pity — I expected more.

Tbf not great on computers but found the whole process of loading vpn on phone and tv. Nord ended up taking subscriptions twice. Tried to contact customer service several times but no reply. Ended up claiming 2nd charge back through the bank. Works ok on tv but slows down on brand new iPhone 16. End up turning off so what’s the point. Guess 2 stars is generous 🤷🏼‍♂️

Le plus chere des vpn ne se connecte pas depuis windows 10.. super. J'ai demandé un rembousement et ils m'ont remboursé rapidement (d'ou lea 2 etoiles et non 1)

Whether it is admin or tech support NordVPN team excels. I have not encounter a bad experience with both support teams. Always handle with professionalism and respect. Been with them for 5 years and counting

Everything went wrong for a full week of daily back and forth emails. 24-7 customer support may mean you have 24-7 staff, but they only reply once a day. This is most frustrating. I saw nothing on their support page about a phone support option, which would have been my preference. I was also not made aware of one by their many support staff I was involved with. So, we go back and forth daily with little bits of information and have minimal progress. Extremely frustrating. Were not your program offerings meeting my needs better than others, I would have requested a refund almost every day as progress dragged on. It might help avoid confusion if one customer's issues were handled by one-person rather than with several who seem they don't read what earlier staff recommended to me to perform, thus making a convoluted mess of things. I was finally connected tonight. Let us see how things go from here.

I had an issue with activating my Revolut partner benefit. The support team at Nord was super helpful despite having no way to fix the problem, really appreciate their help and patience

Der Kundenservice, insbesondere Isabela Ramirez waren wirklich eine große Hilfe! Als ich mit einer - meiner Meinung nach - viel zu hohen Rechnung per Mail konfrontiert wurde, habe ich mich mit dem Online Support / Support Chat auseinander gesetzt. Isabela Ramirez hat sich um mein Anliegen gekümmert und mir im Handumdrehen genau das angeboten (auf Kulanzbasis!!!), was ich mir vorgestellt hatte. Höchst professionell und schnell! Vielen Dank!
