Und wieder Mal geht nichts seit mehreren Wochen auf allen Android Pixel Geräten(Pixel 7a, Pixel 8 Pro, Pixel Tablet) mittlerweile mehrmals monatlich seit Dezember 2024 komplett unbrauchbar, mehrmals wöchentlich auch App Updates die nichts bringen, bei der App auch die Akku Optimierung deaktiviert, hab die Schnauze voll, wechsle zu ExpressVPN, Hände weg von NordVPN - Marktführer einfach nur lachhaft

Was für eine Frechheit! Ohne vorherige Ankündigung wurde mir einfach eine automatisch verlängerte Jahresmitgliedschaft für unverschämte CHF 160.72 abgebucht. Ich habe erst im Nachhinein erfahren, dass dies im Benutzerkonto offenbar einfach so voreingestellt ist. Das ist eine unglaubliche Frechheit in meinen Augen, zumal jetzt ein Monat unverschämte 13 CHF kostet. Derart für dumm verkaufen, lasse ich mich nur einmal!! Ich werde nach Ablauf der ungewollten Verlängerung diesen Anbieter nie mehr berücksichtigen!!!

Good product, but no login on website. Do you really think i have the **** time to search the internet for a way to login? You put a **** login button in the top right of your website, or you're going to get a 3 star review. Or, hire a 10 year old and the can help you with you UX.
NordVPN Uses Deceptive Subscription Practices. Beware! I would not recommend NordVPN to anyone due to their misleading and borderline scammy subscription practices. They automatically renew subscriptions without any clear mention during purchase, burying this information deep in their Terms of Service instead of making it obvious to the customer. What’s worse, they don’t send renewal reminders, so you don’t even realize you’re being charged until you check your bank statements. Even then, the charges don’t appear under “NordVPN” but instead under random, unrecognizable names like “K*Moonflash,” making it even harder to track. This is a shady practice designed to keep customers paying without their knowledge. When I reached out to request a refund for months of unused service, they simply pointed to their Terms of Service and refused to help, despite their lack of transparency. Ethical companies send reminders and make it easy for customers to cancel, NordVPN does the opposite. If you’re considering signing up, be very careful. Their VPN service might be decent, but their business practices feel like a scam. Look for a more trustworthy provider!
