Why are you charging existing customers more for a one-year plan than new customers pay for two-year plans? Do you want to keep customers? This doesn't seem like the best way to do so. Please advise.

Nord vpn works well for me on my laptop but can't use it on my new samsung tv which is very disappointing as it was the main reason for getting it. If I'd know that it is not compatible with Samsung TV's I would have chosen a different vpn.

Connection crashes constantly and app is completely unusable. Tech support requires you to change stuff in the app that can't be accessed and it just takes out your router eventually. Are you actually using the same app? Don't believe their lies about having to be within the 30 day period for a refund either. Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides consumers with legal rights for digital content, including software and supersedes their T&C's if the software doesn't work. In other words you are still entitled to a partial refund if they can't fix the software issue.

Great company and vpn, always get a great deal prior to my subscription finishing, faultless connection if I am using mobile data or WiFi and no disruption even while traveling.

NordVPN is the gold standard in VPN and security in my opinion. I've used them for years. I bought during their sales and got a two year plan at a discount, a very generous offer and good for the money minded. It's easy to use and I have Nord on all my devices including the phone I'm typing on now. I write this review in 2025 and if you don't have a VPN, you're naked online. I highly recommend Nord VPN, it's the best VPN service around!
