Since I installed NordVPN app (April, 2nd) I have been running tests and the results are quite impressive. Since March 4th, I have tried 1st Express, 2nd Surfshark and their speed test results are lower by 200-250 Mbps download & 120-140 Mbps upload. In general, using the same servers and adjustments: 1) Express not too many options and features 2) Surfshark was faster than Express, good features In conclusion, Nord is by far the best VPN from 5 others that I tried and it is a keeper. I use Nord both when I am at home and when I am out of the States. I have been happy with the performance. Sometimes when travelling, the internet is not stable. There are sites I want to shut down as soon as the internet becomes unstable. I used to get half way through a movie and the internet would glitch and then it would say that it appears I am using a VPN and that would be the end for that connection. No such problems with Nord. I used some of the other popular VPNs and noticed a serious lag in speed when using them. I have not noticed any significant slow down while using Nord.

The service was exceptional. I have been struggling for a few days to resolve the problem. Uninstalling, reinstalling, resetting you name it. Sergio Lopez has sorted out the problem with professionalism and patience in no time. Thank you so much.

Easy to install on Windows 11 and Android 14. Not really slowing down the bandwidth and a lot of countries and locations to connect to.

I've been using Nord for going on 10 years and I don't have a single complaint. It's a great service and I would definitely recommend Nord to anyone looking for a reliable VPN.

Customer support is great! I had to cancel my subscription, because Ring cameras does not allow using a VPN. But Nord was very quick to respond and issue a refund.

If you have any problems be they technical or billing they will sort it out to your satisfaction. Best vpn company I've dealt with by a country mile!

The vpn works great however the company is scummy as hell they will hound you over and over via email.trying ro get you to pay for more subscription time when I already have 2 years.... 18 emails in 6 months asking me to renew .... I have a year and a half left ..... absolutely disgusting way to conduct business and when this runs out i will never go near this company again I even unsubscribe to their emails and still they send me them hounding me to buy more time .... avoid unless you like being constantly bombarded with renewal "deals" when you have years left Edit ....well they clearly do don't they .... absolute bombardment of emails all the time ...save if you buy now like f off i have a over a year left ....do you know Any other company that tries to renew you with a year or more left .?? No it's absolutely disgusting and you should STOP DOING IT

Ich hatte seit vielen Jahren zum allerersten Mal ein Problem mit der Verbindung. NordVPN hatte auf dem Fire-TV Stick immer angezeigt, ich sei offline, was allerdings nicht der Fall war. Nach drei kurzen Schriftwechseln per Email, kam dann der entscheidende Tipp (am Fire-TV Stick WLAN vergessen auswählen u. nochmal neu verbinden). Schon war das Problem gelöst. Vielen lieben Dank an den Kundenservice. :-)

1 mese fa ho pagato per il loro servizio perché avevo bisogno di aprire alcuni link tramite cpn. li hanno usati esattamente 1 giorno dopo di che ho smesso di usare il servizio. Oggi ho ricevuto una notifica che mi informava di un nuovo addebito. dopo aver effettuato il login per controllare cosa stesse succedendo, è emerso che il mese scorso mi hanno addebitato 2 volte in un giorno e ora di nuovo. ho pagato 3 addebiti. dopo aver contattato l'assistenza mi hanno detto che non hanno nulla da fare e che ho accettato i loro termini e condizioni sul sito e che possono fare quello che vogliono senza essere ritenuti responsabili.
