Had Nord for a few years and referred a few to them via a link, but the link does not always work and when I questioned Nord they could see the referral was used but a error their end stopped us both from a small reward, but refused to honour their promise, really unimpressed with their customer service team and supervisors. Update- after further messages we finally got the reward (extra 3 months) that was offered under the referral links, shame it was not sorted out when we both raised the concern but satisfied with the end outcome.

In response to a question about renewal price, an agent canceled my long-time subscription. When asked to correct the agent's error, they were unable or refused to do so, leaving me without service. They successfully eliminated a long-time, once-very-satisfied customer for no reason. Your reply is another waste of time. You were afforded every opportunity and ample time to escalate the matter to an executive who could actually solve the problem. Instead, you wasted my time with apologies you were advised pre-emptively were unwelcome.

Excellent product and service. The various pricing offers can be quite confusing, however this offer was great value. Make sure that you disable auto-renew as it can prove very expensive!
I love the Nord Password Manager. I also find that the VPN disconnect sometimes on its own if I am using a Firestick. Microsoft Onedrive is making the Nord Locker obsolete as it cannot update files although it is a cloud storage. I will have to find all the files I updated and manually update them which is not practical.
