Due to an unfortunate glitch in the system, after I cancelled my account I have been sneakily charged every month since then with no emails or notifications to inform me of the monthly payment. Yet again, fine print this and that so i will be unable to get this money back. But, if you are going to use a vpn for a short bit and then cancel it, do not use this service.
My connection kept halting making playing online videogames impossible. The first customer support agent was a bit odd as well
I renewed my subscription for two years a couple of weeks ago and now Nord says it has ended. It came off my credit card already but now I can not connect to my VPN. I would not recommend Nord to anyone and quite the opposite mow.

When I contacted NordVPN’s support, they were extremely patient and professional, guiding me step-by-step until the issue was resolved. Highly recommend both their product and customer service!
When experiencing any level of technical difficulty, not only will you be bounced around so no consistent person is handling your issue, but they will do everything that they can to not read your most recent message. Sent them screenshots of exactly what they asked for? Those aren't the route the needed to take. You need to do this new thing that will clear *insert laundry list of things Ask for clarification on what effects that laundry list of things will have on your computer? They will reply with a different method like "have you tried restarting the computer? How about uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling?" Ask to be escalated to a manager so you can actually talk to someone who will read the full email thread and be able to assist you? Get informed that you are past the 30 day refund period so f*^& you. In short, not only would I never recommend using them, I would actively encourage them to give a shit about their customer base.

The people at NordVPN are very responsive with help. They contacted me very quickly, to help me solve my problem. They gave me suggestions of what to try to fix the problem, and the first one solved the problem. They also followed up to see if I was okay with the solution, or if I needed more help. So far, I am really impressed with NordVPN

Download um die Software zu nutzen ging nicht - "30-Tage-Garantie" muss man sich hart erkämpfen, wurde in Chats immer wieder gefragt, ob ich es nicht doch behalten will usw - hat mich ca 1 Stunde gekostet, geht lieber zu ExpressVPN!
I do not understand - NordVPN tells me I must renew my payment - But Apple picked renewal payment for Nord VPN. So I do not understand who manages what Is there a scam ?

Tried the service on a 1 month feee trial offer and they sneakily then billed me and refused to refund me when I flagged this. they started referring to their fine print to avoid a refund. Such a shady tactic. Avoid. ExpressVPN is more honest and better service too.

varning !! Skaffa inte detta! Skaffade detta vpn för en månad vilket i finstilta texten innebar en prenumeration. Vilseledande. Mailar dem o de skriver att de avbryter pren men lik förb försöker de dra pengar månaden efter. Totalt oseriöst !
Since changing from IPVANISH to NORDVPN my network has started slowing down and actually disconnecting even though my network shows up with Internet acces
Es gab ein Problem das Modul "Bedrohungsschutz Pro" zu aktivieren. Die Support-Unterstützung war exzellent, die Antworten erhielt ich typischer Weise nach etwa 12 Stunden, an 7 Tagen die Woche. Als die Analyse des Problems einige Tage in Anspruch nahm, wurde immer verlässlich ein Zwischen-Update zu meinem Fall übermittelt. Die Antworten war leicht und auch für Computer-Anfänger leicht verständlich, teilweise mit Screen-Shots. Der Support hat unermüdlich an der Behebung des Problems gearbeitet, bis das Problem schließlich durch ein Software-Update behoben werden konnte (insgesamt wurden 4 Software-Updates zur Verfügung gestellt). Besser geht es nicht - eine kundenorientierte Unterstützung, die einfach nur perfekt ist. Der beste Support, den ich bislang erleben durfte. Gerne empfehle ich NordVPN Freunden weiter. Übrigens die Leistung von NordVPN und die Bedienung des Programms ist einfach, intuitiv und der Schutz ist, soweit ich das bislang beurteilen kann, hervorragend und einfach nur empfehlenswert. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Vergleich zu Marktbegleitern ist sehr attraktiv.
