I continue to experience slowness or no connections when using apps on my mobile device. Android Auto especially continues to say disable the VPN even though I tell it not to use VPN. I have changed the VPN protocol to NordLynx but I am not seeing much difference. When I first started using Nord VPN it worked great, but lately I have not been pleased with the performance or connectivity.

I think this is a great app. I use it mostly for streaming purposes and it has worked very well. I’m also happy with the security it offers.

Works really well I have it on all my devices for years and I never had experienced a problem with the services in any of the experiences. The price point for the product is right, I'm compelled to stay as a customer for the years to come.

One disappointment with nord vpn. Which I find less than satisfactory is that no updates are available on my samsung laptop (R519)

After subscribing to NordVPN I experienced a couple of connection difficulties with geo-blocked TV channels. The Nord on-line support team responded quickly to my inquiry and gave clear advice on how to quickly resolve the problem. A very impressive customer-care service!

It's a great product but it's not for me now because it doesn't solve my current IPTV problems. The solution was in my IPTV provider. I tested it some days and now we ask for a payment return. Vicente Aranda help me with it. Great service.

I wont be using Nord after this runs out. They put a special up not even 24hrs after I purchase two more years offering more options for less. When I raised this with them I basically told bad luck. I have been with Nord for some time and this what they do. Not good enough

I could not get Nord VPN to work in China. Nord support then told me to use a very elaborate and difficult work around consisting of more than 20 steps to install some fix. They knew this was going to happen, but their website says nothing about this. Anyone who knew this beforehand would not use this service. Second, be aware. Unlike services that automatically cancel when the payment period is finished, this service automatically renews. I am now using Let's VPN. It works great in China and the cost is less. I recommend it highly just as I recommend having nothing to do with Nord VPN. Addendum: Nord says they sent a reminder about the renewal. Either that is not true or I never received it.

when on the live chat with Paula Sanchez, she helped me solve my problem and was very very helpful and gave me numerous of options to try to figure out what was wrong.
