Ermenegildo Fontanez is a wizard, a savior, and amazing. I talked to 3 other customer support workers the night before about the same issue, none of which were able to help me. None of which knew of certain features that were possible that could help my problem. Ermenegildo Fontanez did. They were the only one who said i could connect to a specific server number, instead of having to refresh over and over and over again, just hoping to get the one I wanted. They deserve so much praise, and everyone else needs the same training as Ermenegildo Fontanez. I love them so much.

My issue is to look for a new server that is available in my country. Because of the local constrain, many of the servers are banned... Sofia is very patient and nice to communicate with and replied in time. She finally help to get a new sever that is actually very fast during connection.
Today I received very good support from Augusto Dorado. He had lot of patience because downloading speed for .net patch was very slow due my isp problem. He helped in every step in the vpn installation as well. Best wishes!
