I've been using VPN's for years, this is the one I've kept. The others weren't horrible, they just didn't have all the great options Nord offers.
The service that I had been received is excellent. No issues with the APP.
After a complete fiasco with subscription I imagined that the issue had been resolved ,not a chance , I have , after receiving an email to say that no subscription was due until 2027 , I have , today , been in receipt of yet another notice to say my subscription will be renewed in sixteen days , never in my almost eighty years on this planet have I delt with such a company ,they appear unable to rectify this rather simple problem , it started when they took a payment for a service I had already paid for and refused to refund me saying that it was beyond their 30 day deadline , as the payment was only two days old this was ridiculous or as my bank suggested , possibly fraudulent, I can't possibly comment on that but the whole episode has been quite irritating to say the least , the actual VPN is first class , the customer service is , in my case dreadful , I would recommend anyone considering using this company to take into account my experience, it has not been an uneventful episode , such a shame as for several years it has been uneventful/ successful.
Worth it because of the peace of mind about digital security. Very easy to install and set up. The support team were super responsive and helpful to my queries.
I rarely worry about on line hackers etc c’os I feel safe using this VPN

Nord NPN is easy to use and effective. Their support service is swift and effective.While I'm interested in hearing about other products and special offers they are too frequent and a bit annoying!

Nord VPN is total SCAM. I signed up for a 2 year contract for $67.88 A year and half later I get $149.88 deducted form my paypal account. When I go to the website to see why I am being charged, it says my subscription is ending soon. There is NO cancelation button and no refunds. Customer service lies. I disputed with PayPal and they said Its legit. They are predatory... There is no billing. No way to cancel. If you contact them they lie. I asked for transcripts of our conversation and they sent a blank email. All of these complaints I have seem to be what others are saying here! Stay clear if you don't want your bank accounts drained! T
I had a small issue with my most recent renewal and it was sorted out in a matter of days. The replies I got were helpful and friendly. Best VPN service out there :)
I had an issue with my subscription renewal and I received great customer service in response in resolving the issue. I spoke with the customer service rep through email and received a fast response each time.
For someone who knows little about IT, the system seems to work well. I have had no problems, within my IT nor from othe web. I have no idea if I can scan my own computer with this system assuming something did get through.

the nordvpn is great. i love it. no problems. The nordpass is another issue. nordvpn is so good and i have already paid for a year of nordpass but it drives me crazy. somehow it latched onto my work email address, it sticks it in to anything I am working on, I then have to get in and edit it . . . i have deleted the program from my laptop it is so obnoxious. i contact your support group, they send me an email saying just change this ____. I try it, it doesn't work, I send them a response and they tell me the same thing. The program is more trouble than it is worth currently. VPN=great PASS=sucks
Product good.. Not happy... I do not have auto renewal for the NordVPN and they still took funds from me... Now in the middle of support trying to get this sorted.. Should have never happened.. No complaint about the product.. Just Complaint about NordVPN ethics... Because of this I have no other option but leave.
I accidentally purchased the 1 year plan, and the day after my first contact with them, the refund was made. The service was great and I have nothing to complain about
