I was having issues with my mobile phone not being able to access the internet, as I rely on various apps (Google Maps when driving, Life360, Simplisafe Alarm etc) this was very worrying. Also I often found I could not complete forms on my iPad or access certain web services. Initially I did not correlate these issues with Nord VPN, I had numerous new SIM’s from Three Mobile and even bought a new iPhone in desperation, still the issues remained. After trying to resolve for several months I was cleaning up my devices and suddenly thought I would turn off Nord VPN..and wow everything works again!! I foolishly bought a 2 year package so an utter waste of £100. I use an iPad Pro and iPhone on Three Mobile. I have no idea if the issue is specific to incompatibility with these products as customer service takes forever to reply, is not helpful and has not provided any resolution. I have wasted hours of my life trying to sort this out. Edit as not sure how else to contact you - as you can see from the support chat ID - I contacted you had a refund and cancelled subscription as the product did not work..why would I then go and buy it again?? This makes no sense, I am not crazy? How was this purchased as I would not have bought a product that had caused me an absolute nightmare?? Had issues with the installer not opening on my PC. Within 15 minutes the issue was resolved by their supporters. Great first experience with their support.

The best VPN service ever!
let my 2-year NordVPN Plus subscription lapse last month and have since been bombarded with spam emails. One email advertised a “personal offer” available for only three days. It caught my eye, so I clicked the link—but the checkout page did not disclose which package I was purchasing (Basic or Plus). I assumed it was the Plus plan, as the “personal offer” price was the same as the Basic plan advertised on their website. After completing the purchase, I immediately saw that I had only received the Basic plan. I contacted customer service right away, explaining the confusion and requesting a refund. I had not logged in or used the service at all. They refused, citing that I had received a refund 2.5 years ago—even though that refund was due to an admin error and I ended up purchasing their service anyway. Their refund process is also misleading: their support guides claim refunds can be requested via live chat, but there is no live chat option available when I log in on any device. NordVPN’s sales tactics feel deceptive, and their customer support is frustratingly unhelpful. I would like someone to contact me to issue a full refund.

Non fate l'errore di sottoscrivere nessun piano "vantaggioso" con questa gente per i seguenti motivi: Primo: è quasi impossibile disdire successivamente perchè non si trova nessun link nella gestione account per disdire e se c'è è ben mascherato. Io non sono iusctio a trovare uno straccio di accenno alla disdetta. Secondo: nessuno ti risponde alla richiesta di cancellazione ma ti rimandano ad una FAQ generica Terzo: ti ritrovi in automatico al rinnovo senza poter disdire ed in quel momento triplicano l'addebito unilateralmente. Scorrettissimi (per usare un eufemismo edulcorato)

J'étais satisfait jusqu'à ce que je me rende compte qu'ils font leur genre de pratique commerciales pour entourlouper les gens. Activer discrètement un renouvellement automatique : la première fois t'en a pour 70-80 euros pour plusieurs années et un beau jour, 3 ans plus tard quand t'as BIEN OUBLIÉ tu te rends compte qu'on te facture 170 euros pour un an. J'ai pu annuler ça rapidement mais quelqu'un qui ne fait pas attention pourra se faire avoir.
depuis l'installation de nord vpn ma vitesse de connexion est devenue très très lente même pour mes connexions les plus basiques. l'activation de "protection anti menaces pro" ne se fait pas. service client??? abonné absent. Installation pas du tout intuitive. pas trouvé de hotline. Suis obligée de le désactiver parfois pour enfin obtenir une vitesse de connexions comme avant. pour le moment je regrette vraiment m'y être abonné
