I’ve used NordVPN for years now. Always had good service and now the dedicated VPN makes it even better.

Had an issue with a dedicated IP address. I emailed support. They got right back to me with the fix.

I travel a lot in differenti Countries and I can connect the different broadcast from country to country. Last experience Jan feb march 2025

all dangerous site were properly blocked.

Best VPN ever! Easy to use, great customer service and protection. It was a lucky find and travel with Nord VPN, one feels a sense of well veing.

Been a Nord customer for years, and very glad to to continue to be. Was due for an upcoming renewal and the chat assistant I had, a José Martínez, was very helpful in getting me sorted with a new plan at a good price. Very helpful with my queries too. Thanks much

I am not impressed with the NordVPN. It never stays connect and my programs stuff buff. There is no phone number to call and talk to someone. I think I will look into a different VPN company.

Subscribed to the service because of the 1 month refund policy, never used the service, forgot to cancel it, got billed twice (30€ total), and only got refunded 1 invoice, they literally stole 15€ from me despite me NEVER using the software (i asked for refunds as soon as i noticed the second invoice). This is absolutely unethical and they are trying to exploit situations like this all the time.

Nordvpn is reliable easy to use and with great features

It was unnecessarily hard to cancel my subscription and they refused to remove my card from my account. Support has refused to entertain me. I am now a customer of Mullvad.

When it works, it is seamless and easy. But on setup it can be haphazard. Most times it says I am not online when clearly I am.

They look like scammers. I paid for a subscription, but realized that I was not satisfied with the quality of the connection. I have been trying to get my money back for 20 days now, but nothing works, support offers to do the same actions that do not lead to a result and this continues in a circle. It is a scam that they can return the money if you are not satisfied with something. I got my money back but it took a long time and I didn't like it.
