I had trouble with my download and interface, and I had contacted nordvpn Services several times for support. I continued to get Auto generated emails when I tried to cancel my account. The emails consistently asked if I wanted to cancel my auto renew. I finally reached customer support via chat and it was also exhausting, because I stated I wanted to cancel and receive a refund and she continued to try to divert the conversation to providing customer support. I typed that I wanted to cancel and have my credit card refunded at least six times.

Not as efficient as 2024 when using on the road. You asked: The reason I subscribe to VPN is to access Canadian news and sports when I am traveling. This year some of my go to’s from last year are not available. They look through VPN
Over the years I have assisted Nordvpn staff via on-line messaging with their earlier issues/problems. Somehow my original login name "metastat" was changed to my email. There is no easy way to change the email account name. Now I have 2 accounts. One which has been used since I became a customer. I gave up the simple request of changing that account name to my primary email. I have also requested "Auto Pay" notification before renewal. I still do not receive any notification other than my bank posting the debit and the VPN cost keeps going up. I need to look at any options or long term customer discounts before renewing this time around.

J'ai communiqué plusieurs fois avec l'équipe du support technique de NordVPN et j'ai parlé avec plusieurs conseiller, entre autres, Diego Martinez, Miguel Fernandez et Faustino Perez, tous ont poliment essayé de m'aider à régler mon problème...j'ai enfin résolu le tout en faisant une ré-activation complète de mon Windows 11...
