I had a very disappointing experience with NordVPN's customer service. I accidentally made a double payment for their service and never even used it, yet they refuse to issue a refund. Instead of addressing the fact that I was charged twice, they keep referring to their refund policy, which is irrelevant to my case since this was a billing mistake, not a change of mind. Good businesses value their customers and handle billing errors fairly, but NordVPN is hiding behind policy instead of doing the right thing. If you're considering their service, be very careful with their billing system, as they seem to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. Would not recommend based on their poor refund policy and lack of accountability.

Not only the product works as intended and is fairly priced, customer services replies fast and provides solutions that benefit the customer. Nord continuously works to provide a good product, and helps you make the best out of it. I have been a client for years now. They have fast servers, even in not so common countries.

I had difficulties with the stability of ThreadProtection. It took a few days to solve the problem, but even without knowledge of computer settings, the customer service [several people] guided me through until it was done. It was the first time in years I had issues, so overal I'm glad with the service.
Wouldn't give me a refund on the day of my auto-renewal. I contacted them on the same day as I realised that my card had been charged and I asked them nicely and provided proof and they still charged me for the month in advance.
