The absolutely worst VPN that exist to this day. I am convinced most of the reviews are paid ones. Unstable and unreliable. Customer support non existent and refuse to help for 7 days straight. I do not recommend to deal with them because you never going to see your money back. I paid the longest available until 2028 and they refuse to give me back my money. DO NOT USE NORDVPN

Very good subscription prices, and great customer experience. I forgot to cancel the auto renewal for my subscription, and immediately had the option to either get a refund or get three extra years instead for no further cost.

Cliente fidèle depuis 5 ans chez NordVPN, mon abonnement annuel est passé de 99,48$ US à 196,34$ US, soit près du double !!! sans avertissement clair de leur part. Après vérification, j’ai bien reçu un e-mail 30 jours avant le renouvellement… mais comme beaucoup d’e-mails automatiques, il s’est perdu parmi les spams et les autres notifications. Après contact avec le support, leur seule réponse a été de me rediriger vers Paddle pour réclamer la TVA et de justifier l'augmentation par un tarif promotionnel initial. Pourtant, jamais en 5 ans je n'avais eu une telle augmentation. Je trouve ça malhonnête.

Almost immediately problems started with all things connected to my PC. Browsing general web slowed down, Netflix slowed down and crashed, wireless printer stopped working, file sharing stopped working, emails would not receive despite being received on email web browser. Everything worked again after i uninstalled and deleted all remnants of Nord. I definitely do NOT recommend it. A very bad experience for me.

j'avais supprimé mon ancienne boîte mail et donc n'avais plus accès à mon compte nord vpn.Je les ai contactés en prouvant ma bonne foi et ils m'ont changé ma nouvelle adresse mail très rapidement

Great support. A machine crash corrupted some NordVPN files, and I had to contact support. I was bounced between a few support folks, but eventually ended up with Ramona Orantes. Problem was resolved very quickly after that. All the staff were easy to communicate with (after I got through the bot), and it was easy to reconnect with a specific support start to continue a session after a reboot.

I travel a lot using my credit card it's important while I travel and my debit card. No matter where I'm at I'm covered by nordvpn. I've had no issues with it at all. It's fast and reliable and there's always some place to hook into no matter where I'm at in the world

The website clearly states there is a 30 day money back guarantee What it doesn't say is that if you bought it from Apple, ie through the app, then they refuse to issue the refund Instead you have to go back via Apple, who may or my not issue a refund when they have spent a couple of days thinking about it The online chat person effectively shrugged their shoulders and said it wasnt their problem. I would rate as zero, were that an option

Partie au Japon, j'ai pris un abonnement pour un mois seulement (pas une offre d'essai) et en rentrant je m'aperçois que Nordvpn me prélève un mois de plus, alors que sur l'appli, on me dit "plus d'abonnement" Renouvelez votre abonnement. Paypal ne veut pas bloquer le prélèvement, je contacte le service client de NORDVPN et on me répond qu'il fallait désactiver le renouvellement automatique, sauf que sur le site, photo écran à l'appui, je n'ai accès à rien. DONC EVITEZ NORDVPN car une fois qu'ils ont vos coordonnées la marchine est lancée. Donc là je fais opposition à tout. Et en plus, cela fonctionne très mal à l'étranger, 1 fois sur 2, tu as un écran qui tourne en boucle, seuls les replays fonctionnement. 17.03.25 suite à mon avis posté, NORDVPN m'a répondu ceci : "Tous nos services payants sont proposés par abonnement. Cela signifie que la fourniture des services sera automatiquement renouvelée à la fin de la période d'abonnement en cours, sauf résiliation de votre part avant le renouvellement automatique." A bon entendeur pour ceux qui souhaitent une offre d'1 MOIS car en fait, vous êtes liés à eux à condition de galérer sur la désactivation du paiement automatique que je n'ai pas trouvé sur le sité (photo à l'appui) et que c'est eux même après réclamation, ont "généreusement" annulé.

Avoid this VPN. They scammed £82.00 from me and took 3 months to reply to a complaint. Customer service is appalling and highly recommended another VPN service. Lastly the connections lag a lot, either in the UK, States or around Europe. It's a poor service, slow and no help on hand with any issues. Sadly tied in for another year :(
