I used many VPNs and most lose alot of your speed bit not NordVPN. My go to for years.

Every time they make an update something breaks or some major website become unusable. I have had to reset the app and lose all my personalised whitelists so many times it's painful. When my sub ends, I'm out the door.

It's now three months just trying to change my email address because I no longer have access to the original email address. On 22nd Feb I emailed them the ridiculous amount of details they requested. Last payment date, payment method, exact payment amout, etc. Which I was told would br what they require to change my email address. A month later and they haven't even responded. Edit: it seems more like ignored than lost. Two days later and you still haven't contacted me or updated my email address. I would have thought after being a customer for years and the three months it had already taken you to do nothing that this would be higher on your priority list. Clearly not and clearly you don't value customers.

Does what it says on the tin, used on windows, android and Firestick. Works perfectly, would highly recommend

Decent and resonably fast VPN. Able to stream content in other countries, but unfortunately many servers are virtual, so they are unable to properly stream a lot of countries. Most other top tier VPNs don't have this problem so they are able to stream most countries. As a result, I do not recommend NordVPN if you intend to watch content in other countries.

Was great cause i got reconnect to the person even tho my internet was spotty and accidentally close tab. The solution you have for connect vpn in china is way too hard/inconvenience for me to subscribe to your vpn. As i dont have much data to be roaming and so i cant be reading the guide and configure it if im connect to china free wifi. So im thankful Francisco Garcia gave me a quick response to cancel it cause i couldn't connect to the vpn in china and was using data roaming to configure this out but it didnt really work and i think if i have my laptpp it probably would work but i dont sadly

Support center and being able to get a live agent leaves much to be desired.

I can connect with every country, always. And all connections are fast; I cannot spot a difference between working with or without a VPN.

NordVPN is easy to use. On my iOS devices though, there are times when I switch from WiFi to cellular and back where it will be stuck trying to connect and I am not able to do anything online unless I specifically open the app and disconnect/reconnect. Minor thing but it is annoying.

Pris au hazard NordVPN depuis le 17 mars 25, trop bien la vitesse par rapport à Proton. Un petit problème d'installation ne sachant comment faire, un mail le lendemain me donnant les explications, 4 solutions si cela n'était pas satisfaisant.
