I like your policy of not storing the sites I visit. I’m a bit disappointed about how often my IOS-based devices loose their connection with NordVPN.

NORD vpn was trouble free to begin with but I experienced two bouts of problem, different in kind, that prevented me from using it and, moreover, required me to switch it off in order to use the internet. I had not expected this to happen, given its reputation and the glowing reports by several professional reviewers. The Support team sent me instructions to rectify issues but, given that they were time consuming and protracted, I declined. On the first such occasion, NORD corrected the error (as you would ordinarily expect) but did so by temporarily denying me use of my laptop without prior informing me. The Support team actually took control of my system, which, without warning, was a bit scary. [NORD Support says they cannot do this but after the event described, the vpn worked as it should without any intervention from myself. So, this event remains unexplained.] So, when it works, all is good, but I do not comprehend why it should fail at all. This does not happen with any other online product I know of. Now, things got worse when for no apparent reason all websites became unavailable and produced the same error message, which is as follows: Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to emea01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR Error code: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. I was asked to provide screenshots of these error messages which I did, using FireShot, but this was unacceptable to NORD support team. This requirement was surely overkill, given that all websites produced the same NORD error message. I am losing too much time owing to NORD vpn problems and have had no alternative but to dispute the credit card transaction with Mastercard. NORD Support told me they could not refund my purchase after 30 days from purchase. However, I am dissatisfied with this legalistic constraint given that the product worked fine for the first month or so. My expectations when purchasing NORD vpn were not realized. [I have deleted the app from my system.]

Nord cured our problem with tv streaming. It was very easy to obtain and load even for a novice like me. Price wise we found it very competitive although we didn’t get a discount our fault for not taking it when previously offered. If you think you are going to use it have a quick check around as there are various offers for new customers.

chat back and forth for 41/2 hours plus the day before .Biggest waste of time still not fixed .NO PHONE cant talk to nobody or could of fix in 10 min. JOKE

they handled a problem i had with the VPN loading that took quite a bit of back and forth to solve. they handled it efficiently and smoothly. i receved responses almost be return email and despite an almost two week delay due to being on the road, they picked up immediately with the same chain and solved to problem within two or three itterations.

José Martínez is an absolute angel, and was really receptive to my issues, and helped to process my refund. They were super kind, and very receptive.

Have been using Nord VPN for many years, and have found it to be very reliable, fast and easy to use. I have had occasional technical issues, but their online support chat (most recently José Martínez) has always been available to help put things right. Only four stars here though as I suffered from an unfair (and illegal in the UK!) billing practice on their sister product Nord Pass, which I have now stopped using.

Nord VPN performed flawlessly for a couple of years but recently YouTube will not play when the VPN is on. A couple of other things won't work either when Nord is on.

I love my Nord VPN, it gives me a sense of security. Thanks Nord. In a world where hacking and identity theft is a profession my VPN helps me know that I am not completely exposed.

It still is wrong. I don't really have a service. Sri Lanka, Maldives, Colombia, Ecuador, Poland, Gran Canaria, Madeira, Spain. Can't get Sky sports, skybet, coral, ITV7 etc. You just charge me an astounding amount and it has one job to do, VPN, and it fails. All you do is send me a huge list of tests for me to do, I do them and you tell me that everything is OK and working, well no it's not, see above.

Easy and secure VPN to use for navigating on the internet and to switch locations for using content you otherwise can’t use.
