The machine does not turn on. There are no signs of it being on. I asked for a user manual which one was sent for a different model but upon following those instructions the machine would still not turn on.waiting on refund and a return label.
They respond to questions promptly and very helpful proving updates and product information.

VARY made my experience great! Recently my Lipo machine BEST 160 needed an upgrade and she took care of everything. The video she sent me showed me exactly how to do the upgrade myself and my machine is working great! I’m a health coach and my business is growing. Lipo laser is a huge hit! Arrived on time and intact to texas. The implements seem to work well ( only used once so far), but the hydro cleanser wand seems to pump out too much water despite adjustment causing leaking on the face.

Scammed me out of a machine, extremely illegal & unprofessional. And didn’t compensate honorably for a mistake on this companies machine ,again…. very unprofessional. False advertisement on a machine. Tried to work with them but they are unaware of the LAW; Seeking legal counsel.
