Hey...i like mychway customer care and whoever came up with a WhatsApp way of communication with clients nailed it. I got challenges at first with getting answers i needed but they responded to me on WhatsApp and it was them who did the move first..i have been at peace since talking to jassica in WhatsApp who has helped me alot..i couldn't clear customs in my country which seemed very frustrating but she was patient as i looked for a freight forwarder..i didn't expect them to also consider giving me afavourable power plug but they gave me choice to choose and am grateful...jusy waiting for my shipment now...thanks jassica..

I got my product about a week and a half after I ordered, which makes sense bc it was coming from China and there was a Canada post delay (not shippers fault). The company kept me in touch through WhatsApp and answered all my questions which was so cool. The items came in good condition and everything was working! I love my machine and can’t wait to see some results. I will order from this company again!

Hello , I got the 6 In 1 Cavitation 2.0 40K Vacuum Weight Loss Radio Frequency Slim Beauty Machine × 1, it take less then a week to arrive to Sonoma Ca. not instructions but they answer me right away with a good video about everything you need to know I will recommend mychway !

I ordered a replacement vacuum handle For my machine and it does not fit. It’s hard to tell when there are no photos of the socket on the website

I received my order within 7 days but when I turned on the device the radio frequency probe doesn't get hot at all...I did email the company so far no reply..... Update After posting this review a rep. Responded to my email, I was told that I would be receiving a new WORKING device soon.

Just started using the product. Haven’t been using it long enough to tell if I see a difference I’ll give an update in a couple of weeks.

Everything went perfectly. I ordered machine and was told it would be 2 days processing and getting it out and 4 to 6 business days. When I had a question Debbie,through text answered promptly. Well my machine arrived in 3 days total even delivered on a Sunday by FedEx. Debbbie also confirmed that I did receive. Used machine twice so far and loving it!

AMAZING- I am shocked with how well this thing works. After just a couple uses I’m noticing SIGNIFICANT results.
