Props to her!! The 6 and 1 Cavitation 2.0 40k Vacuum weight loss beauty machine was a gift for my wife on her Birthday. I must say it's a very highly sophisticated edgy machine. btw She loves it so much and the Ultrasonic Facial Cleaner as well. Also, it got delivered very quickly. All around great service! I love my 7 color light therapy hood. I have used it every day with hyaluronic acid for several months and can tell a big difference in my skin color and texture. I mainly use the red light but sometimes I put it on the cycle and enjoy a vibrant disco for my face!

I have not actually used the equipment I purchased yet so I can’t give a review on that. But I can comment on customer service and broken commitments/promises. Grace was my chat agent I asked to cancel my order because I found a better price. She assured me she could give me a better deal, she offered to send me 2 bottles of gel to use with my machine and a face massager. I have not received the gel and the face massager looks nothing like the pictures she sent to me via chat.I think I was promised the items so I would not cancel my order. I feel if the offer was not sincere don’t mention to send them.

The product arrived in time. I do calvitation 15 minutes at force 6, every other day on my belly. It works well. I think that the vibrations also help all the lymphatic system, because I am loosing fat elsewhere also, and I am just doing it on my belly. I do the little device on my face for 10 minutes every other day. No much out of it yet.

I brought cool sculpting with double chin. Amazing product and amazing staff. Sandra was with us from beginning explaining everything,clarifying everything. I have to say I am super impressed with this company and especially Sandra who personally dealt with my order. I was cautious before ordering as in the past shipments from china have been lost or take months to deliver and sometimes in poor condition. However after reading the great reviews I took the plunge and glad I did. I was contacted by Sandra on WhatsApp and she even sorted an upgrade of my machine and let me know the minute it had been sent. I am super pleased with this company. About 8months ago I brought a cavitation machine. Which I hardly used and for some reason the vacuum ( the suction ) wasn’t working. It was very weak. After reaching out to the company and sending them all the information they requested. They immediately sent me a brand new cavitation machine. I tell all my friends about this company because they have amazing products and exceptional customer service hands down. Will be purchasing more items soon. I love this company
