I tried to cancel my order and nobody replied! I wanted a higher unit now I have this small unit I did not want Update: Company did respond eventually due to my cancellation request going somewhere else but they did respond once received. I was able to return and get what I wanted. They did help to my satisfaction and that was appreciated but I’m still waiting on my refund. I will update once that is received 2nd update! The company responded timely and has sent the refund. I appreciate their timely action on this. I purchased a different init and look forward to using that. I will review that later. Overall satisfied with the customer service here so far!

I love my machine but I didn't receive the red light belt with purchase and almost forgot it came with it and there was nothing in writing stating that it would be shipped from China and out of stock in the US.But I reached out and recieved a quick response so will be expecting a shipment soon.

Prompt service. I received a fast response when I was missing the holders on the machine I purchased. Amelia replied fast and had the part shipped with no extra cost. I haven’t had a chance to use the machine due to my busy schedule, but hopefully I’ll update you soon.

I had wonderful customer service. Prior to sending my order, I was contacted to make sure that I had ordered the correct replacement part. I felt this was above and beyond the typical experience. I was given email notifications regarding shipping. My replacement part arrived when I was told that it would, and it was the correct part. A really nice experience. I' recommend this company.

My laser was delivered 3 days earlier than it said, so I’m extremely happy aboust the fast shipping. When I got it the password didn’t work, however I reached out to Amelia and she quickly responded and helped me get it figured out. The machine works great. I love that it has the cooling tip, it makes the experience pretty painless. I also have the fat cavitation machine and it works great. Next I plan on getting the tattoo removal machine.

Excellent customer service! When I got first machine, it was malfunctioning, after sending a video and images of it, the customer service rep issued a replacement for me. The agent was always very kind, and responsive. I just got the new machine and it is working good! I’ll recommend them!

This is a fantastic product, packaged very well, easy to use, easy to clean. My clients are very happy with the outcome of each session. Depending on the persons lifestyle, eating habits and level of activity, I have seen anywhere from 1 inch up to 4 inches off in one treatment. I like the fact that I can cover more area during the treatment. Great product!!! Great service!!!

Great customer service, I had an issue with an equipment delivered to the wrong address, they took care of the issue in a matter of a couple of days I had my equipment. Will definitely buy from them again!

The product has not been delivered yet, if you knew you were not ready for the influx of orders why accept payment? This feels like a scam and I plan on reporting this to the authorities
