Machine arrive in good condition

I haven’t received either machine yet. One is supposed to be here today and I was promised the other would ship out yesterday but it’s still sitting in China. I haven’t heard back after asking for a refund for the item that hasn’t shipped. The 4-7 business days to ship out have come and gone.

They shipped their products fast

Do not buy machines from them. I spent over 5 thousands with them on machines that don't work (including CUSTOM machines!!) and they keep dodging my emails and texts and every point of contact. They know they messed up and they don't want to send me the replacement they promised because they just want to keep my money. Now I have to go through filing a chargeback from the bank. They are an awful company to do business with. They just keep directing you to different staff members to fix the issue and none of them respond. I have all the proof that I can show to my bank about their dodginess and scamming ways.

Cannot get instructions on how to use the proper way to use saying you stuff that you didn't even order with no instructions on how to use customer service is absolutely terrible can not get any one to respond answer any questions or anything very very disappointed

I think the company is great. the product I still working with but look like i seen changes from the first use, was able to she it but in my shirt I could see it wasnt showing my side fat as much, so im happy with it. easy to use thats always a plus in my book.
