I ordered a machine online and had some questions. My email was responded to with clear answers to my questions. I decided to go for another product and they were most helpful changing my order. I haven't received the product yet and will be happy to add to my comment when I do but so far, I can say this is the best customer service I have received in a long time.

I purchased a few different items from this company, including several cavitation machines and an ems machine. So far my experience has been wonderful across the board. I brought two machines from Mychway and very happy with both of them. Love new laser belt. Cavitation gel , pack of 5, good quality and great deal. Hot cream is nice addition , it is must for extra benefits from cavitation treatment. . Excellent customer service, great product.

I purchase the 6 in 1 cavitation machine 40k,I received my machine safely exactlyon time, very easy to assemble, I will definitely comeback to update you on the results. The customer service is very professional and quick my agent her name is AMELIA she was very helpful on every question I did asked her. Highly recommend this company better to get the machine directly from the manufacturer.

The machine is very easy to use, the only thing I don't like is that after several minutes the machine quits suctioning and I cannot figure out why. A trouble shooting guide would have been helpful .
