I received a used, cracked, scratched and defective machine!!! I couldn't even use it on my first attempt!! Replying to Reply!!: you keep going in circles I have provided pictures and videos of the machine you sent to me and in fact it is cracked and scratched defective and used! You and your team keep going in circles with me to remove the plastic, I keep saying I already removed the plastic and I sent a video showing that and showing the damages!! Yet still going in circles with your team! Why are you all ignoring the facts!!

I am waiting for tracking on a electroportation $49 device I ordered last week, I need the FDA paperwork to show the health inspector in Texas, they require it of salons in Texas. I sent message through chat, Instagram and Facebook and through the MyChWay website.
