You do not answer emails. I emailed stating the machine dose not work. I wanted a return nothing. give people what they pay for. answer emails. and return there money. Its just wrong.

Ordered two machines so far and have been very happy with them and now ordering a third! Great customer service and pretty quick shipping considering that it has to travel far and get through customs.

Don't be fooled by all the fluffy 5-star reviews they are clearly fake as someone mentioned below. This company is a joke. I had a horrendous experience with their cheap product and lack of customer service. Beware!

Because of careless methods of delivery, my machine was left in the lobby instead of brought to my door, taken to the leasing office for accountability, or place in a secure Amazon locker provided for all deliveries. This company was extremely responsive, professional, and helpful; they provided the delivery company info and pictures to me and offer to rectify the issue. Very timely and accountable.
