I don’t even know where to start lol i love both of my machines i ordered an have been seeing results already. Plus amelia is the best rep to help if you don’t know how to operate the machines. I will definitely be ordering more only on this site.

I just received it 1 week ago, it was a RF wand. The size is ok, I feel it a little big for the eye zone though. It comes with instructions which are very useful, but I watched several tutorials about the multiple options use. What I noticed is that the products (face creams, lotions) are absorbed so fast and I need to put more, otherwise the heat starts to be feeling uncomfortably, I tried it morning and night and my skin felt very dry, so I better try not daily and with a specific gel. eye puffiness is my issue, but as I felt it so hot, I will try with the gel too. Customer service is 24/7 available, they are kind and committed to solve any prob. I will probably approach to Mychway for more details on the use to get the best results

I bought a hydrofracial machine, unfortunately one of the handle came in defective. I contacted the customer service department and they got in contact with me immediately and sent me a new handle and it worked perfectly!! I am so happy with my hydrofacial machine .. thank you for the great service.

I received the machine within a week from purchase. Customer care has been helpful to send the manual and instructional link right away since it didn’t come with the unit. So far the machine works very well and very easy to manage.

I ordered my machine but wasn't able to use it for at least 10 days because I was waiting on the proper conductor solution that I ordered so use it with. I noticed that the timer button to reduce the time was not properly working. I inform the company and they took care of it immediately by sending me another unit and it arrived in time for me to start my body sculpting class September 4th. They were kind people and they handle the situation quick and easy. Because of that I truly appreciate it and that's the reason that I am giving them five stars. Because they handle business with me in a great manner I have now placed a order for another machine but different. I had a great sales representative and distributor. If you're starting out body sculpting they have a lot of good products for beginners. As long as we keep a great business relationship when I decide to open my professional shop I will also place my order with this company. They have some really good prices and some good people working for them.

Top company with excellent customer care. I purchased the S Wave RF & Cavitation machine from mychway. The whole process from ordering to receiving the machine was easy. The customer care provided is outstanding. Vary kindly helped me with any questions I had throughout the whole process and in a very friendly and timely manner. Such a lovely person to deal with. All questions answered and help to choose the correct machine, a follow up on delivery and then again when I received the parcel. I was also sent videos on how to set up and use the machine. Email communication for the unit has been easy and quick. I have only used the machine once, so I can not really tell if it works. However it would be great if there was some kind of explanation about different types of gel to use. Through all my research, I’m finding that you should use a thicker gel for the RF, like glycerin, instead of ultrasonic gel. And what type of oil gets used when doing the massage portion of the tutorials for say the face? I will say the machine came sooner than expected, so that was great. One of the screw holes stripped very quickly (the one where the Bio LED light goes), although it would be beneficial I think if the video showed you exactly which screws to place here beforehand.

I had an issue with a machine that I bought. I needed a part so I sent a message. Within minutes Vary who was amazing in customer service responded. Not only did they send me another part very quickly within a few days, but they did not charge me for it. I had a great experience and this is my second machine that works very well. It’s been a great experience thus far. Microcurrent/led device and gel came separately but very quickly. Customer service/communication has been good. And machine is in working order. I’ve only used it twice so I can’t speak to the results as of yet but have high hopes.
