Once they step into your property, they charge you, even the job is a failure. Totally a scammer's company. Using threatening words to hurt the client. They only use sub-contracts, surprisingly they don't have any quality control, and don't investigate for failed service. Instead, you will hear threatening words from the customer service person. Find some other trustworthy and responsible company. AVOID Landlord Safety Certificate.

We had a very professional experience with Landlord Safety Certificate and can't recommend them enough. We needed an EICR updated and they attended promptly and while we were initially disappointed that we had to change our fuse board, it was thanks to Adam Memon who explained in layman's terms why it was necessary. Will definitely use them again!

Absolute shambles: main office could not confirm whether a contractor had attended to carry out 1st job. ( gas safety). 2nd job contractor left tenant with small children without gas to boiler or hob. He could have contacted me to authorise immediate repair to boiler, but instead I had to go round the houses via estate agent and the main office to find out hob could not be fitted till following week & I would have to make sure I ordered a new one beforehand. In the end I managed to get repairs done same day via estate agent. Still waiting 1 week later for 1st certificate.
Great service, the engineer waited for 10 minutes while I fixed the issue with one plug during the test.
I booked an appointment for an EICR on 23 October. I highlighted when I booked that i needed a quick turnaround on the report. I was told by the engineer i would get it that evening on the 23 when the inspection was carried out. Today is 30 October and despite being promised i would get my report i have still not received it. This company has taken my money and not given me my report. I want my EICR immediately and a refund due to the delay. Update- 31 October Landlord Safety Certificate has now given me my report. They advised the problems were due to a system failure and apologised for the delay.

Follow up appointment and communications so much better. New fuse box and remedial works carried out following an EICR inspection. The only constructive positive criticism I would suggest is a more helpful time frame for appointments. I appreciate everyone is busy but in case of unforeseen complications as in my case, it was just as well I could rearrange another appointment later that afternoon to ensure the works were completed.
